Online Pre-Booking is purely informative, and its sole purpose is to offer users the possibility of consulting the availability of the rooms in which they wish to stay. After the request, the user will receive an email confirming the reservation.

The booking will therefore be binding only upon acceptance by Antica Vigna, by e-mail and the subsequent payment of the 30% deposit by the user. The user must check the booking confirmation and immediately report in writing to Antica Vigna the possible presence of errors.

Deposit and cancellation

The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed for the entire duration requested by the user by payment of the 30% deposit. In case of no show, the deposit will not be returned. The free cancellation of the reservation, within 3 days from the check-in, will be made available at the unappealable judgment of Antica Vigna.

On-site behavior

The user, on his own and his family members, undertakes to make use of the services in accordance with the law, decency, respectability and public order, to the respect of third parties. The user also undertakes not to harm in any way the Antica Vigna, its image or its services.

Possible damages

The user, on his own and his family members, agrees to pay any damage to persons and property, to the structure, to the equipment and furnishings.


Users of pre-booking and online booking services offered through www.anticavigna.com will provide personal information (Personal Data below) and expressly and unconditionally accept that Antica Vigna automatically treat them and include them in a file, to be able to offer and provide the required services. This file is under the responsibility of Antica Vigna, which undertakes not to cede to third parties the data provided directly by users.
Data holders may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by sending an e-mail to info@anticavigna.com. Likewise, the user’s consent to the processing and transfer of his personal data will be revocable at any time without retroactive effect, in accordance with the Italian legislation on the protection of personal data.

Obligations of the law

By accepting the booking, the user, on his own and his family members, consents to the transfer of his data to the competent authorities as required by law. It also accepts the payment of taxes required by law, such as the Tourist Tax prescribed by the Municipality of Chioggia

How to make the payment?

A 30% deposit by bank transfer is required upon booking. The balance must be paid upon arrival. We have no Pos or Credit Card, so payment must be made in cash

Do I have to bring linens from home?

No need. We provide you with sheets and towels, which are included in the price. Possible changes of midweek linen are charged separately at a cost of 5 euros per room

Are there any additional costs?

Beyond the price of the room there is only the tourist tax applied by the municipality of Chioggia of 1 euro per person per day, excluding children under the age of 6 and over 75, disabled people, workers in the municipal area and people assisting patients in the structures sanitary facilities of Chioggia

Do you accept pets?

The animals are our friends, but we ask the owners respect for the other guests of the house. In any case, we ask you the courtesy to let us know if you bring pets with you when booking

Is it possible to eat at your place?

It is not possible. But I can recommend the best restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the area. In Chioggia there is only the embarrassment of choice, especially for fish. A few minutes by car from here there are farms and pizzerias in very well kept ambiants
